Cosmetic Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.

2. Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following criteria:

  • Unopened/New: Full refunds are available for products in their original, sealed packaging.
  • Gently Used: We understand that sometimes a shade or formula isn’t the right fit. We accept returns on gently used items (more than 75% of the product remaining) for store credit only.
  • Empty/Depleted: We cannot accept returns on items that are empty or nearly empty.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are Final Sale:

  • Individual samples or "gift with purchase" items.
  • Items purchased during "Final Clearance" or "Flash Sale" events.
  • Opened mascara, eyeliner, or lip gloss (due to the nature of the applicators).

4. How to Process a Return

  2. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  3. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Goods

If your product arrives broken or defective, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately at no additional cost to you.
